I have a list of names and addresses of clients written in Execel
horizontally. I would like to print the names and addresses out on labels in
Word. Does anyone know how to trasfer the info to labels to be printed?

I am not quite sure what you mean by horizontally, but if you mean that you
have the names in the columns in Row 1 and the addresses in Row 2 or Rows 2
and subsequent rows, you can use Copy>Paste Special>Transpose in Excel to
get them into a vertical arrangement so that you can use them as a mail
merge data source.
