how do I download a company template in Word

Several company templates were created in Word, but do not download allowing
other employees to use these templates for consistency. How do I get them to
download?

That's nowhere near enough information to allow even a guess at the problem.

What versions of Word are being used by the employees? Where are the
templates stored? Exactly how are you trying to "download" them, and to
where? Can some employees receive the templates but not other employees, or
is everyone having the same problem? What happens when you try -- do you get
an error message, a garbled file, or nothing?
