how do i change a label template in a document already typed

Hello. I have already typed in my labels in the wrong template. Is there any
way to change the label template or do I have to retype everything?

Convert the existing label document into a mail merge source:
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm. Then merge
that source to the correct label stock:
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm.
