How do you do page numbering for a doctoral dissertation?

[Wilmington College Cohort 12]

I am writing my doctoral dissertation in WORD and have tried section breaks
to do the page numbering but it did not work:

First few pages are Roman Numerals at Center Bottom
First page of each chapter is Arabic at Center bottom
All other pages are Arabic at Right Top.
