I am trying to reformat some public domain text (The Early Church Fathers) that is only about 5 inches wide. I want to remove the line breaks so that I can allow the text to flow into an 8.5x11 inch page, and then put into 2 columns. Any ideas??

I would like to put a title on the long side of a page, so that when it is filed, it can be read without needing to take it out of the file. It would be like a header or footer, but on the (out)side of the page.

Avery template 5160 has side margins set at .19", and closing the margin dialog generates the margin warning message. However, when the page is printed, the margin warning does not appear. How is that done? On my hand-crafted templates, printing generates a warning for every section - a pain...

In Word 2003 I had a lovely macro that I used to place the filename, author, creation date, revision date, and page number into a footer that repeated on every page. I would open a blank file, save it to the filename I wanted it to have, run my macro and poof the footer was exactly as I wanted....
