When I type and send email messages, the paragraph spacing looks like double space. However, when typing in Word, it looks fine until I copy over to Outlook. The type looks fine, but after I send the message it looks different. How do I change?

When I look at my document at a new document in print layout view it shows a much smaller margin than the page setup options indicate. When I look at the print preview, it shows the correct margins. Anyone have any ideas why this would be????

The HP8550n is a b*gger in more ways than one. Does your user get a warning message saying that the margins are outside the page boundaries before printing? If so, shut Word, and then restart it, then print the document. I've found no other way around this one than restarting Word. If you say...
