not enough memory to sort in word table by paula

Trouble with tables in Microsoft Word by Sid
After placing the cursor in a table, if I begin to type or press shift, the whole row is selected. While I can enter data, the row remains selected when I'm doing so. How do I get rid of this?

Repeat Row Headers by rowheader
Using Word 2007. Have tried everything that was suggested in the thread from 2009 including making sure no other row in the table was marked as a row header, removing wrap text. Tried copying just the one table to a new word document and still the header would not repeat.

Word 2002 mail merge into a table by dmorin
I have a 12 column table where I'm merging data from a data source. The data in the columns are variable length so word wrap is on. In a perfect world 16 lines would fit on the page but because the comments column could be very wordy, the table may overflow to the next page (and usually does)....

Trying to make a birthday calendar and for this I inserted a table with 31 rows and 5 columns a page (A4). I encounter the following problem: it seems I can not make a column width smaller than about 4 mm. Isn't it possible to create a column as narrow as needed?? Even up to 0 mm? (Office 2003)
