Data appears in my letter which is NOT in the data source, why? by

Xp if that matters! Info is appearing in my form letters which shouldn't be

It is me or is there a problem with using a spreadsheet for a data source?
When I've finished the merge and printing Word says I'm only printing 1 page
even though the merge creates 4 pages of labels.
Is there a work around to editing a label other than using the
forward/backwards arrows to "see"...

I'm using word 2002; I'm trying to merge a document to e-mail but I can't
start because this option "E-mail message" is not available, when I did the
click over "Main document setup" button, the window shows with two options
gray out: "E-mail messages" and "Faxes".

the fields' values are money (numbers to 2 decimal places), but when they
appear in the merged document they appear with 14 decimal places.

when i do a print run using a form letter, mail merging contact details from
excel, the print is slow & intermitent, sometimes does not complete the print
run.
the excel version is 2002 the printer is aprofesional sharp model. i have

I am following the steops that it tells me to, but once I choose a list, the
data on the labels just says next record, then when it switches to the other
document it is blank, nothing prints. Why cant I insert my recipient list.
