tables head row moves! by

I am working in a table in word 2013. When i add a table header to the table and put in an auto number, the header row becomes its own table and moves to the top of the page. HELP, how do you keep this from spitting. It only happens when you have Repeat header rows checked!

how can I copy color fill with Text in WORD Tables? by

I've created a WORD table that I want to use as a template.
And am trying to copy a cell with its background color / fill to a new cell.
But only the text copies over, not the color fill.
Am I missing something? Is it possible to copy the color fill with the text
to a new cell?

I have a document with four custom table styles. When I paste a table from another document into it, when I click on the table, my custom table styles change (they lose the colour header). If I click on one of my existing tables, they're fine though.
