Page layout and Weird printing problem by
Genine
The HP8550n is a b*gger in more ways than one. Does your user get a warning
message saying that the margins are outside the page boundaries before
printing? If so, shut Word, and then restart it, then print the document.
I've found no other way around this one than restarting Word. If you say...

I was wondering if anybody may know (or know where to find) information
pertaining to Pocket Word and outline formatting. I use a lot of outlines
for work, and it is very handy to have the document on my pocket PC. But
the formatting does not stay the same on pocket word. It seems that some...

How print an invitation that is not 8-1/2 x 11? e.g., 4.25 x 11? . by
Robert-e-Lee
When I change paper size to 4.25 x 11 the invitation looks fine on the
screeen. But when I feed the custom paper through the feeder to print on my
HP laser printer, the text prints as if I'm printing on 8-1/2 x 11. I don't
understand--if I print an envelope, which is roughly the same dimensions,...

How do I change format in Outlook? by
gcongrove
When I type and send email messages, the paragraph spacing looks like double
space. However, when typing in Word, it looks fine until I copy over to
Outlook. The type looks fine, but after I send the message it looks
different.
How do I change?

How do I organise my word pages in order to print a leaflet? by
Teris
How do I organise my word pages in order to print a (double-folded) leaflet?
I have A4 word pages in landscape. Each page has two columns. I would like
to print a double folded leaflet. Do I have to rearrange (change the sequence
of) my pages in order to do that? Is there another way to do that?

Page changes with printer change by
James Trogdon
I have an employee handbook that was written with Word 2000. If the
printer HP 2250 is chosen everything in the document looks fine. If I
choose the printer HP 9050 then I lose some of the my formatting. For
example, some lines will all of a sudden move over about a tab's length.
If I switch...
