I cannot figure out how to make the fraction format for oddball fractions... I teach math and need to type fractions like 7/8 or 1/16 and all I can get it to do is 1/2, 1/4, and 3/4! HELP!

I have been using Ctrl+Alt+1 (or 2 or 3) to quickly insert the Heading 1, 2, or 3 styles. Why does this stop with the 3rd heading? Is there a way to insert Heading 4 or 5, from the keyboard like this?
