"Attention" line in Envelope wizard? by
Stan Brown
A recent thread inspires me to ask my own question: is there any way
in Envelope Wizard to have a line in the lower left of the envelope,
such as "Attention: Joe Blow" or "Private and Confidential"?
I couldn't find anything in my copy of Word 2003, but then I have a
talent for missing the obvious....

"Blank" document contains text? by
Fred Holmes
Due almost certainly to some accidental keystroke, every time I open a
new "blank document" in MS Word 2000, it already contains some text
(text I recognize as having been in a temporary document that I didn't
save.) Where can I find the location of this text that is in all new
documents and...

"customize" should identify existing toolbar buttons to help arra. by
glindauer
Once I click customize, I can no longer figure out what some of the existing
buttons (especially ones that are new for Office 2003) are. This makes it
more difficult to place new buttons, or remove default buttons which I won't
end up using.
I prefer to have only a dozen or so buttons, and use...

"Do You Want to Save the Changes..." by
Len Belkin
I have this document that's 'read only'. Lately, whenever I open it and =
then close it, Word XP asks "Do you want to save the changes...?" What =
changes did I make? All I did was to open the document to read it and =
then close it. I didn't touch the keyboard, didn't make any changes. How =
does...

through it, or click my mouse anywhere inside the document, upon closing the
document Word asks "Do you want to save the changes to name of document?"

"Error Starting MS Word Help" by
nyecguy
While working in Word 2003 and select "Keyboard Shortcuts" in the Help Menu I
get the following message, "Error Starting MS Word Help". It isn't a problem
with other help topics. However it behaved in a similar manner when I was
using the self-pace tutorial on Word 2003 using Keystrokes.

Azorel
I try to move a text from internet to word and I get a message saying "The
disk is full trying to write on c:" My c: drive has 8GB free space. What is
going on?
Also, is it possible to underline more than one part of a text and copy and
paste it in only one step?
Thanks kindly.

$$$$$make tons of cash EASY$$$$$ by
[email protected]
What is $5 and 15 minutes when it can make you earn $100,000 ?
Not much, if you ask me...
You've probably seen a lot of those kind of messages over forums and newsgroups, and the explanation for this can be given in two words: IT WORKS!
But how on earth, will you ask me, does it actually works?...

"Advance" down page by
Hugh
WordPerfect has an "Advance" feature that allows you to position text at a
certain position from the top of the page -- and this position is fixed and
won't move.
How do I do this in Word? My objective is to fix an address position for a
letter that will show through a window envelope. This...
