BigWylie1
Can a cell have a formula linked to a check box? not a value?
Please see WORD TABLE FORMULAS -New Posting. for a clearer description.

Can tables be permanently set to Fixed Column Width? by

A different way to accomplish what you want is to
record a macro with the desired settings and then
attach it to a toolbar button.
I use a macro that

-- then sets AutoFit to window (so the table width...

Where Tables Break by
klam
My table rows do not break in the right place. The header rows repeat as
they should but I am experiencing two problems: 1. there is too much blank
space left on the page and it starts a new table on the next page, and 2. on
some pages, it prints the table row right thru the footer and the bottom...

Klaus Linke
Office XP, Word 2002
I have a large table in which I want to make every other column line
bold (or 1 pt. instead of 1/2 pt.). Is there a way to do this?
TIA

shading has shifted by
dean212
I have tables saved in MS Word 2002 that look fine but when I print them the
shading within the cells does not line up. And now when I create a new
table even though it looks correct on the screen it prints slightly off. Any
ideas on what has changed and how to correct this?

shading within tables have shifted by

I have some saved tables in MS Word 2002 that were working properly.
However; just recently, when I view them they appear fine , but when I print
them the shading will be shifted slightly off. And now when I create
shading within a new table it appears fine but prints off, so saved documents
