Too many data fields by
robgraham
Word 2000 is telling me I've got too many data fields in Record 1, 2, 3,
etc, when I try to merge these with a form letter. But I believe I can have
up to 63 and I've only got 13, of which I'm using 10. Why have I apparently
got too many?

We have a number of Word letters that are the templates for Mail mereges

I have constructed a number of sentences in excel. Each sentence represents
a field that I ref in my mail merge doc.
Issue: Depending on the situation some sentences are needed and some are
not, so putting a double space after each field in word, may result in 4
spaces after a sentance if...

sorted by date, then the total for that person. My data source is in...
