I have an existing list of names & addresses. Each time I do a mail merge to print labels, it will just "merge" the first 30 on my list. HELP!

Using Word 2003, Outlook 2003 I'm experienced with useing mail merge, so I don't think I've neglected any steps. When I', finished with a merge to email, though, my messages don't show up in my Sent Items, Outbox, or Drafts. So how do I know whether the messages have been sent???
