Issue when querying excel 2003 to merge into word 2003 by

querying the data for specific information (both 2003 versions). When she
does this, the first record is always the first line of data (even though

not aligned properly. I specified AVery Label type 5162 and also inserted
said form for printing - but the top address line prints abot the label

Env & Mail tab only prints 5 lines -- why can I include more than. by

I live in Japan where addresses routinely run longer than five lines. In
addition anything I send to the US usually requires more than five lines.
When using Envelopes and Mailing tab, I can highlight as many lines as I
like, but MS only prints out the first 5.
