Word does not really have the ability to perform a "multiple items per
condition (=key field)" mailmerge.
See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP

I have an excel spreadsheet containing data for mail merge. Each record in
a
row lists customer name and account number. I am trying to send letter to
each customer with a list of account numbers. To do this I need to be able
to
group records by name and then list account numbers on one letter. Not
sure
if there is any way to accomplish this.
