To enable spellcheck in additional languages, you would need to
install proofing tools for Office 97. Microsoft no longer offers
proofing tools for Office 97. Office 97 proofing tools used to
be available for purchase from
http://www.alki.com/Win/Office97/pt/ , but the ordering link on
that page doesn't seem to be active anymore. If you upgrade to
Office 2003, then you can purchase proofing tools for Office 2003
at
