I am having a problem with Word timing out after I send e-mail. The mail goes
out but after 60 seconds I get an error anying the smtp server has timed out.
I am using Word 2003 and Windows XP Home.

This is a functionality of your Email software communicating with your email
server. Word is just acting as the editing interface to the email software. You
should ask this question in a group that supports your email software (Outlook,
perhaps?)
