Default How do I create a custom template and import a file to it?

I have a list of addresses emailed to me and I want to put them on address
labels for print. I will be using word 2000 to creat e the template. How do I
get the mailing addresses file onto the template in word? Or is there a
different way of doing this? Thanks so much for any help! Johnnie
