[Gabogabo]

I want to create a questionnaire with little help notes that acts like a
'wizard' showing one question at a time with relevant guidance next to it.
the questionnaire could either be sent with an email or be an html document,
I have quite a lot of experience with word but have not done anything like
this before, also have just started using publisher but could not find
anything to do the job there. thanks
