When I try to insert ClipArt, my text moves on me. I want to be able to put
a graphic in the background with the text remaining where it is. Help!

There's no need to use a text box to put a graphic in the header. Merely
insert the graphic, set it behind text and drag it to the size required.
There should be something suitable in clip art or if not there are tons of
art available on the internet.
