You type it with one space in the first place?
You don't. You can tell grammarcheck to flag two spaces between sentences as
an error, in Tools | Options, Spelling and Grammar, click on Settings, and
it will help you fix it.
You can record a Find & Replace macro that replaces two spaces with one.
Both of these are after-the-fact fixes rather than "as you type" fixes.
