This would be much easier in Publisher, if you have it. Otherwise, try
starting with one of the Avery business card templates (Tools | Letters and
Mailings | Envelopes and Labels). Merge two cards horizontally for each
ticket (or use one for the stub). If you want the five tickets to take up
the entire page (without the margin Avery has on the cards), you'll need to
create a five-row, single-column table with exact row height (top and bottom
margin set to 0").
