You could draw the individual symbols in Word, then copy and paste them
into
a Visio file. Once there, you'll want to switch your stencil to Edit
mode,
then just drag and drop the copied symbol from the drawing page onto
the
stencil. Save the stencil, switch it back to Read-Only and you have

master shape.
