Default When click enter, I only get single space, want double space

Add some Spacing Before (or After) to text. In Word 97-2003: Format |
Paragraph, Indents and Spacing tab. In Word 2007: click the Page Layout tab
on the ribbon. In the Paragraph group, specify the desired Spacing Before
(After).

Hello,

When I'm typing and I click enter to add a new paragraph, I would like the
space to automatically be double space. Does anyone know how to set this up?

When I select a paragraph and go to formatting, the only option available is
for spacing between lines but not paragraphs.
