Default Redlining in Word 2000

Melody Mitchum wrote:
How do you keep the redlining from showing when you send back to
someone? They should not be able to see what was changed. We have
copied to a new page and it doesn't show, but is there some kind of
"protection?"

No, there isn't. The only reliable way is to make a copy of the document, in
which you accept all changes, and then send the copy. Keep the original as a
record of the changes, but never let it out of your possession.
