I suggest you go the first choice first.
#1 Use Google advanced search (or follow this link

enter "receipt" as keyword
select "100" results or less, depending on your preference.
select "Microsoft Word(.doc)" as file type
you will start off any receipt document in .doc format, so you can modify it.
