Default Change Text Wrapping defaults

Maybe... What version of Word are you using?

In Word 2003, choose Tools - Options - Edit. Set Insert/paste pictures as:
to the desired wrapping style--assuming it's one of the options shown.

In Word 2007, click Office - Word Options - Advance tab - Cut, Copy, and
Paste section... it's the 5th option in that group... again, assuming that
the default you want is one of the options provided.

Is it possible to change the default settings for Text Wrapping, Advanced
Layout Options, picture position? Those which automatically appear are low
incidence compared to those I always always want when working with
inserting
objects and pictures.
