Word 2003 has a bad habit of randomly changing the Options settings - if the
problem becomes annoying see

respect to auto running macros.

Thanks a lot Graham.
It solved the problem.
I don't know how I have managed to check "picture placeholders".
"Drawings" was checked.

I have a Word file with a inserted Excel worksheet. Last time I
opened my Word document I wasn't able to see the inserted Excel
Worksheet, but I could see the frame around it. I am able to open
and change the Excel Worksheet by doubleclicking, and when I am
printing the document, there is neither a problem. The problem is
just, that I can't see it on the screen.
By rightclicking on the inserted Excel worksheet, I am not able to
make a format change. I guess, that there is a connection between
the two things.
Has anybody seen this problem and can give me some help.
Thanks
