Default aligning words

here it is easy to see that that are aligned with one another but on a large
document I can not tell...is there something I can do to make sure they are
straight without it appearing in the document (such as bullets)


Word (like almost all word processors) uses tab stops and tab characters to
align text.

In Word 2007, if you don't see the ruler for setting tab stops, click the little
icon at the top of the vertical scroll bar at the right side of the window, or
click the View tab of the ribbon and check the box for "Ruler".
