Default Access data in Word 2007

Unfortunately, if you cannot re-attach the data source, then you end up
losing any information about the existing connection.

That said, if you are saving in an XML or RTF format - i.e. .docx,
..docm, Word 2007 .xml, Word 2003 .xml or maybe .rtf, you should be able
to find out the necessary details by inspecting the file (.docx/.docm
are actually ZIP files with a bunch of XML and other stuff inside them,
so you could extract the information from those - a bit of a slog
without some programming support though.

Is there a way to find out if there are any sort/filter elements before I
delete the link and try re-attaching it ?
