Default In the "File" menu, "Print" is not available

You don't say what version of Word this is. If it's Word 2003 or earlier,
Tools | Macro | Macros will give you a list. If there's one called FilePrint
(a macro, not just in the list of Word commands), then that's the one you
want to attack.

Or, on the off chance that the Ctrl+P shortcut has just been unassigned, you
could first look at Tools | Customize | Keyboard. Find File | Print and see
if Ctrl+P is still assigned.
