That's not the way to have multiple languages. You need to run All Programs,
MS Office, MS Office Tools, Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings and add
the additional languages that you want. You will need the language extension
pack if you are adding a language that is not native to your version (which
depends on which country you live).
