This is called a hanging indent. You can manually apply a hanging indent to
the first tab stop using Ctrl+T, or you can use Format | Paragraph. For
lines that wrap in a TOC, you are also well advised to add a right indent to
the style so that TOC entries will wrap short of the tab stop used for the
page number.
