How do I keep the document from putting them back?

When there is an item in the TOC that is less than 5 characters in length,
the page number won't allign right. It alligns left with the item name.
For
example:
Box5
when what I want is
Box............................................... ............5
which is how the items that are longer than 4 characters are shown.
Any suggestions?
