Default Microsoft word

The best Microsoft Office application for this is Pubisher, which is set up
to do greeting cards.

Are you meaning that you are creating a greeting card that will be
folded in 4?

If so, then you'll only need to print on one side; when the paper is
folded, quadrant 1 will be the cover (and will need to be upside down
before printing) and quadrant 4 will be the inside portion where the
card message usually lives.

I would recommend doing something like this in PowerPoint instead of
Word because the upside down portion is a little easier.
