Default How do I set up 1 page in a report to print a duplicate when prin.

Currently I have a 5 page form created using Word. The first page contains
all the form fields while the following pages are just disclosure
information. When printing I would like be able to print the whole document
with the first page printing twice. Does anyone have advice for me? I
realize I can print the document once and then go back and specify to only
print the first page, but I would like to only have to send the print command
once.
