Default Microsoft Word Tables

Tables become "wrappable" in Word 2000, but you can accomplish something
very similar in Word 97 by putting the table in a frame. I would advise a
frame rather than a text box for a number of reasons (see “WD2000: General
Information About Floating Objects” at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=268713), but you won't find Frame on the
Insert menu in Word 97. You can use the button on the Forms toolbar, or, if
you want to restore the command to the Insert menu, you'll find it disguised
as "Horizontal" in the list of Insert commands in Tools | Customize.

Is it possible to move tables around, and or put things next to a table? I
either want to put a paragraph of text next to table or put two tables

next to
each other. Can this be done in MS Word 97?
