Hi,

[Table in Word 2013]

These two columns sorted by column 1
in alpha order.
Columns 3 and 4 will be the reverse of the
other two, ie English first then Indonesian
and sorted by column 3, ie the English version.

Select column 1 and 2.
Choose:
"Table Tools | Sort | ... | Ascending|
Options... | Sort column only | OK |OK

Select column 2 and 3.
Choose:
"Table Tools | Sort | ... | Descending|
Options... | Sort column only | OK |OK
