Default How do I remove the header and footer from my word template

The header and footer are coming from your browser. In Internet Explorer,
this is set using File | Page Setup.

Anytime I print a document from the web or outlook express I have a header
and footer in the document. I tried to fix the Normal.dot template based

on
the article contributed by Suzanne Barnhill. I even removed Office from

my
computer and reinstallled Office only to have the same information print

in
my web documents. I have tried deleteing all the Word document templates I
found using the search command in windows explorer. I also reviewed the
hidden files. I am at a lost to get rid of this Word default template.

Any
suggestions?
