I think those are built-in features already:
Ctrl+ = GrowFont increases the font size proportionally,
Ctrl+] = GrowFontOnePoint increases all sizes by exactly 1 pt.

The same for Ctrl+ = ShrinkFont and Ctrl+[ = ShrinkFontOnePoint.

You can add those commands as buttons to a toolbar, too.

It's hard when you have different size fonts mixed together and you want to
change them all.
