I had Encarta Dictionary Lookup on my Quick Access Toolbar, but suddenly it's
not there. I went to Add-Ins and it says Dictionary Lookup in the Menu
Commands, but when I click on it, nothing happens. If I right-click on it,
the option to add it to the Toolbar is grayed out. How can I restore it?
