Default Line Break in a simple label mail merge

I am trying to use Word & Excel to merge for a mass mailing (labels).

Using the address block works fine, but I had to insert a database field for
a 3rd address line from the db. This also work ok, except that address line
3 ends up on the same line as the city & postal code etc.

Is there a way to force a line break to separate address 3 if it prints?
