Default How do you Split a table in office 2007?

That's too much work. :-)

Put the cursor anywhere in the row that you want to have as the first row of the
second table. On the Table Tools Layout tab, click the Split Table button in
the Merge group.

This command isn't on the right-click menu, and it's a fair bit of work to put
it there, but it can be done.

In office 2000 you were able to split a table, can't seem to be able to do
this in 2007. Can split/merge cells but this is not what I want to do.
