Default Font size in fractions? (Equation's fractions)

If you take the stacked one and type some text on the same line but outside
the equation, it will also change it to a smaller font.

By clicking the arrow next to it, you can choose between "Change to display"
(normal font, separate line) or "Change to inline" (smaller font, same
line).

In the first row of the Fraction gallery, there are two structures that
look
similar. The one on the left side, with the tooltip "Stacked Fraction",
will use
the same font size as the rest of the equation. The one on the right, with
the
tooltip "Small Fraction", uses a smaller font size. The small one is
intended
for use in equations that are embedded in a line of text, so no extra line
spacing is needed to hold it.
