So you have "Different odd and even" and "Different first page," using Odd
Page breaks between sections? I would still discourage having the footer
margin and bottom margin the same.

i have text in the footer, but just in the first odd page of a chapter.
In other words...
i have different style for odd and even and the first odd of a chapter
where you can find the page number in the low right on the page.
In the header i have chapter title on even and paragraph title on odd,
both with page number.
The first odd does not have header.
