The "boundaries" around the labels that you see in Print Layout view
are called gridlines. They aren't printable; they're there just to
show you the edges of the cells of the table while you're editing.
When you switch to Print Preview, it shows only what will print, and
that doesn't include the gridlines.

You could use the Format Borders & Shading dialog to turn on the
table's printable borders, and those would show in Print Preview. But
you don't really want the printer laying ink along the edges of the
labels, do you?
