Default Getting two different address blocks on a page in Word 2007

Can the Next Record field be placed in a text box that is anchored to a
paragraph on the page? I get an error message stating "You cannot include
DATA, NEXT, NEXTIF, or SKIPIF fields in comments, headers, footer, footnotes,
or endnotes." As far as I can tell the paragraph serving as an anchor for the
text box in which I am placing the field is on the page and not part of the
header or footer.

You need to insert a Next Record field before the second address block.
In Word 2007, it is in the list of fields that appear if you click on the
Rules pulldown in the Write & Insert Fields section of the Mailings Ribbon.

Alternatively, you can Press Ctrl+F9 to insert a pair of field delimiters
{ } before the second address block and inside those delimiters
type the word NEXT. Use Alt+F9 to toggle off the display of the field
codes.

You might also consider using a label type mailmerge and select one of the
Post Card "labels". Labels are just tables with fixed cell dimensions and
the mail merge can of course be printed onto any type of paper.

We are a very economical company. We are designing postcards and want to
print two to a page. How do I get MailMerge in Word 2007 to put two
different
addresses on the same page? So far, I can only get a duplicate of the same
address (not very economical)...
