I am attempting to download a newsletter template from the microsoft office
website:

But when it opens in office 97, the textboxes(or tables) with the text seem
to justify themseleves to the upper left hand corner of the document for each
page. What setting in Office 97 needs to be changed to prevent this from
happeneing?
